  • In 2003, MJ Phoenix carried out a full shop fit to the King Sturge Property Consultants unit on Grey St, Newcastle.
  • The new hardwood shop front was designed and manufactured to replicate victorian features that can be seen on other original shop fronts along Grey & Pilgrim Streets

  • Internal view of the ground floor. The basement area was also fitted out to provide office accomodation
