Maybrook House Offices, Grainger Street, Newcastle
- Works involved the full scaffolding of this 6 storey office building located in the centre of Newcastle
- The reinforced concrete cladding panels were repaired within reinforcement treated and the panels rebuilt and then a Sika coating system was applied
- The insulation and coverings to the flat roofs were fully replaced and the lightning protection system upgraded
- All common parts and the featured reception area were fully refurbished whilst the building was fully occupied
